enhancements of NEC Express5800/110Ge, NEC Express5800/GT110a.

  - Microcode update for Intel(R)Xeon(R) Processor 3100 series,

Microcode update for Intel(R)Celeron(R) Processor 400 series
    - This update resolves an issue on the Intel(R)Xeon(R) Processor 3100
      series, Intel(R)Pentium(R) Processor E2000 series and Intel(R)
Celeron(R) Processor 400 series that could result in an application
error, blue screen, or other unpredictable system behavior under
an unlikely and complex sequence of conditions in 64bit mode.
    - This issue does not occur in following environments
           32bit OS environment
32bit applications in 64bit OS environment.

Attention:
  * Incorrect update could result in the problems such as failure to boot the
system. Update the system following the instructions in this document to
prevent the error in operation. Unexpected accidents such as power failure,
lightning strike, interrupt and noise during the system update may damage
the device or make the system malfunction in the worst case. Be noted that
you may need to pay for the repair fee for the above cases.

  * When you use Windows Server(R) 2008, be sure to refer to "Hardware
Compatibility Information" and "Software Compatibility Information" in
    Windows Server(R) 2008 Information-related WEB site.

  * When you use Windows Server(R) 2008, be sure to refer to "Installation
Supplement Guide" in Windows Server(R) 2008 Information-related WEB site to

  * When Windows(R) BitLocker(TM) function is set to "Enabled", update the
system BIOS after making the function "Disabled". Then make the function "
Enabled" after update and reboot of the system. If you update the system
BIOS without making the function "Disabled", you may need the recovery
password when you boot the system.

  * When you use Hyper-V Ver.1.0 of Windows Server(R) 2008, do not select "ACPI
C2" in the Processor C3 Report selection menu in the SETUP menu. If you
select "ACPI C2", it could result in much-delay of the system time display
    on the Guest OS.
