1. About the software
The NEC Express5800/T120a-M, NEC Express5800/T120a-E BMC firmware update
module ("the software") supports the following functional enhancement in the
NEC Express5800/T120a-M, NEC Express5800/T120a-E models:

 - Fixed the issue that the management LAN on Auto Negotiation rarely can not
   communicate.
 - Fixed the issue that the server power sometimes does not turn off by
using the Force Power Off function from remote access.
 - Fixed the issue that the voltage of VBAT rarely fails. (SDR)

The following item is functional enhancement when using the server which
installed [N8115-03] Remote KVM and Media License

 - Fixed the issue that booting with an ISO image via the remote media
   function sometimes fails.

Note:
  - To prevent a system failure, please read this document carefully and follow
the procedure for successful update. Should your system malfunctions or is
powered off due to an unplanned event during update (for example, power
blackout or cutoff, lightening, and noise), the system may be damaged and
fails to operate normally. In this case, any remedial measures shall be
    taken at your expense.

  - To use the management LAN port, you should check the configuration of the
connection type on the management LAN before updating BMC firmware.
In the type of Auto Negotiation, you are able to use straight cable or cross
cable by the function of Auto MDI/MDI-X after updating BMC Firmware.
In the type of 100 Mbps Full Duplex, 100 Mbps Half Duplex, 10 Mbps Full
Duplex, or 10 Mbps Half Duplex, you are not able to communicate by the
function of Auto MDI/MDI-X after updating BMC Firmware.
However you are able to use straight cable for the destination having MDI-X
and to use cross cable for the destination having MDI. When you are not able
to communicate, you and the destination may change to the type of Auto
Negotiation for using straight cable or cross cable.

How to confirm the connection type on the management LAN
