1. About the software
The NEC Express5800/E120d-M BMC firmware and SDR update module ("the software")
supports the following functional enhancement in the NEC Express5800/E120d-M
models:

   - Fixed the issue that the ESMPRO/SM can not detect the BMC depending on the
     network environment.
   - Fixed the issue that BMC has the pottential to stall by using remote KVM
function after illegal BMC reset that will be caused by keeping to supply
power to the server over half year.
(Without using remote KVM function, BMC will not stall, only be resetted.)
BMC reset by the BMC reset button, EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 3 Web server,
and Command Line Interface, etc... doesn't occur this issue.
   - Revision number of BMC firmware is not displayed on "/admin/sp1/swid1"
     of the Command Line Interface.

Note:
  - To prevent a system failure, please read this document carefully and follow
the procedure for successful update. Should your system malfunctions or is
powered off due to an unplanned event during update (for example, power
blackout or cutoff, lightening, and noise), the system may be damaged and
fails to operate normally. In this case, any remedial measures shall be
    taken at your expense.
