日頃より弊社 Express5800 シリーズをご愛用いただき、厚く御礼申し上げます。
下記のサーバ装置にN8104-195 10GBASE-T接続LOMカード(2ch)を搭載してご使用の場合、以下の事象が発生
する場合があります。
対策を以下に示しますので、ファームウェアの適用をお願いいたします。

1．障害事象

N8104-195 10GBASE-T接続LOMカード(2ch)を搭載した以下の装置でシャットダウン後に温度異常が発生し、
ステータスランプが赤点滅(毎秒1回)して装置が起動できない。

発生時、以下のイベントが登録される。

- Critical Temperature Threshold Exceeded ACTION:Be sure the fan configuration
meets the functional requirements of the server. See the server documentation.

- Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Fault Type Unknown, System Board,
Embedded LOM 1 Regulators (40h)) ACTION:Gather Active Health System logs and
create a support case.

5．前提条件

Embedded LOMファームウェアバージョン：1.3089.0未満

6．対策

N8104-195 10GBASE-T接続LOMカード(2ch) Embedded LOM ファームウェアアップデートモジュール Ver.1.3089.0を適用してください。
