このたび、弊社Express5800シリーズの一部装置において、TPM Visibilityオプションの設定によるRed Hat Enterprise Linuxの起動動作に関する重要なご案内がございます。
ご利用のお客様におかれましては、下記事象内容および対処方法をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
- 対象装置
| 本体装置 : Express5800シリーズにおいてiLO7を搭載したモデル |
| 対象システムROMバージョン : U68 v1.40/v1.44 |
| 対象OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux |
- 事象内容
対象装置でTPM Visibilityオプション（*）を「Hidden」に設定し、Red Hat Enterprise Linuxを起動しようとすると、OS起動直前に自動的に電源がオフになります。

- 対処方法
Red Hat Enterprise Linuxをご使用の場合は、システムユーティリティでTPM Visibilityオプションを「Visible」に設定したうえでご利用ください。
