Windows環境でHyper-Vをインストール中にエラーが発生し、インストールできないとき
Power Shell を使用して下記のコマンドを実行したところ、実行結果が意図せずFalseと
なっていました。
[実行コマンド]
PS C:\> Get-ComputerInfo | Select-Object hyperv*
[実行結果]
※HyperVisorPresent : False
HyperVRequirementDataExecutionPreventionAvailable : True
HyperVRequirementSecondLevelAddressTranslation : True
※HyperVRequirementVirtualizationFirmwareEnabled : False
HyperVRequirementVMMonitorModeExtensions : True
上記※印の2か所がFalseになる原因と解決方法を教えてください。
ご提示いただいたメッセージは、OS上で Intel Virtualization Technology (VT) が使用
できないために発生している可能性があります。
BIOS から Intel Trusted Execution Technology (TXT) が有効になっている場合に、OS上の
Intel Virtualization Technology (VT) が使用できない場合がありますので、下記を実施
することで解消するか確認ください。
1)サーバ起動後、POSTの画面でF9のキーを押し、BIOSを起動します。
2)[Sytem Utilities]画面で、下記の通り選択します。
[System Configuration]
-> [BIOS/Platform Configuration(RBSU)]
-> [Server Security]
-> [Intel Security Options]
-> [Intel(R) TXT Support]
3) [Intel(R) TXT Support]を[Disabled]に設定します。
4)設定変更を保存して再起動します。
注意事項：
[Microsoft(R) Secured-core Support]を[Enabled]に設定しているお客様は、
[Intel(R) TXT Support] がグレーアウトの状態で設定変更ができませんので
1)の手順の前に、[Microsoft(R) Secured-core Support]を[Disabled]に設定
することによりグレーアウトを解除してください。
